ARANOVI operates as a curatorial studio and archive. Objects may be original artefacts, altered works, or cast interpretations derived from archived Items. Descriptions are provided in good faith and reflect the condition and state of each Item at the time of listing.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed once the Item has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if:

• An Item is no longer available
• There has been a pricing or listing error
• Payment cannot be authorised

If payment has been taken and an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. Transactions are processed securely through third-party providers.

ARANOVI does not store full payment details.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Risk passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

You may request a return within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise stated.

Items must be returned in original condition.

Made-to-order or cast works may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Many Items originate as vintage or historical artefacts.

Evidence of age, wear, patina, or prior use may be present and is considered part of the object’s record.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARANOVI shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or purchased Items.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot be excluded under UK law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
